Mood Bubs is made by Ampersant. Whether you've found a bug, need help with a purchase, or just want to tell us which mood theme is your favourite — email is the fastest way to reach a real person.
If the app crashes, a level won't load, or a puzzle behaves unexpectedly, let us know. To help us fix it faster, please include:
Purchases are processed by Apple and Google, not by us — so refunds have to go through them. Use Apple's Report a Problem service or Google Play's refund system. See our Terms of Service for the full purchase policy. If a purchase went through but the content never unlocked, email us and we'll sort it out.
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data — or to ask anything else about how we handle it — email us with the subject line "Privacy Request". Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.
If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us and we'll review and remove it as needed.
For press enquiries, review copies, partnerships, or anything commercial, reach us at the same address with "Press" or "Business" in the subject line.
A few questions come up often enough that the answer might already be here:
Mood Bubs is coming soon to iOS and Android. We don't have a public release date to share yet.
Progress is stored on your device. Deleting the app removes it. Non-consumable purchases can be restored using the same Apple ID or Google account.
Every puzzle has exactly one solution and the in-app hint system will walk you toward it. We don't send solutions by email — but if you think a level is genuinely unsolvable, tell us the number and we'll verify it.
